Pauline Tierney came to Greenock several years ago.  She altered the menu somewhat, but maintained a very traditional club menu for lunch.

Pauline's homemade soups, especially combined with a half sandwich, are among the lunch favorites served from 11:30 to 2:30, now through December. There are also great burgers, several sandwiches, a traditional club, and a variety of salads, including Pauline's own taco salad, also a local favorite. Pauline's does serve some more substantial dishes, they include steaks, seafood, and fresh scrod. 

The lunches and dinners are open to the public, and patrons are encouraged to call for reservations. Pauline's serves many special events and private parties, so the full facilities are not always available to others. The Friday and Saturday dinner menu, served from five to eight, is an all inclusive, three course meal of soup or salad, an entrée, dessert and coffee. Entrée selections include seafood, prime rib, veal, chicken or pasta.
